| Edgewater Addition | Oct 2019 | Here we added a 22’x24’ garage with an entryway from the existing driveway. Due to the elevation of the house and garage being lower than the main road, we installed several drains and adjusted the elevation of the garage to insure there were no water issues. Along the backside of the garage, we added a 32x22 stamped and colored patio area to join to the existing pool. An outdoor bathroom and kitchen area will be installed along the outter back wall of the garage. The stamp pattern is Ashlar slate, the color is dark grey and we used a light grey release to highlight the stamped area. We also sealed the stamped area with 3 coats for an extremely high gloss and long lasting finish. | $18k | Wrightsville Beach, NC |
