Niel Fischer recently did a laminate floor job at my house. I got a message on Sunday that they were all done..... what I walked into was a complete disaster. The floor was laid crooked, the boards were not run length wise through the house, every piece of trim was cut without 45 degree angles and most of it wasn't even attached to the floor board. His excuse was that the base boards were too high, so he did the best he could. There are jagged cuts around the bricks of my fireplace that he was planning to fill in with caulk. When I gave him the opportunity to fix it, he did nothing but argue and tell me he wasn't paying for more trim because he had given it to me for free. He took a huge chunk of money and I now have to have the entire floor redone. I would be happy to add pictures, or go to my facebook profile, I made the pictures public of the hack job he did. I am in the process of reporting him to MHIC and filing a law suit..... My name is Sherri Southern
