Stop in the GPS store in Lutz FL a few days ago and Ashley was great to deal with in setting up my warranty service appointment for my Hayward salt system. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the warranty process. Thanks for awesome customer service!!!

I hope I can change this review later but I'm at my wits end. Hire them to do resurfacing, to fix some leaks, new lights new automation and a new heater in all I spent over $12,000. First problem was there was a hole in the surface when they went to resurface they even told me it was the largest one they've ever seen happen, they did fix it and then they were supposed to fix leaks I go out to the side of the house and there was water so obviously they didn't do that correct. They came back and fixed that as well. The new automation that's supposed to be super simple is not so they sent someone over to show us how to use it and we recorded it. When they left we started up the hot tub like he showed us how and the hot tub was draining another repair that they said must have already been like that though I never had that problem before. They came out and fix that. Keep in mind I got this fixed in January and it's almost April and I still haven't been able to use my hot tub. Today I go to finally use my hot tub and relax and the Peter turns on and then it turns right back off and doesn't work. I called a few days ago and asked again to have the owner called me and no response just the salesperson telling me they can come out and fix whatever is wrong but still no call from the owner. So here I am almost April with the work done in January and still can't use my pool or spa very disappointing. I couldn't be more unhappy with this huge investment. I looked at all the reviews and did my research before hiring GPS but I feel very let down.
