I requested a quote to rescreen our entire screen room. The estimate was scheduled for 9:00am on a Monday morning, while they did call to say they would be late I could not wait but was told I would be contacted. Two days later I finally reached someone only to be told it was not yet ready and would be emailed. On Thursday the gentleman that was supposed to have done the estimate called to ask more questions and assured me I would have a emIl that day. Surprise nothing happened . Apparently my business is not important and I will never recommend them to anyone again.
