Rempfer Construction crew were: on time, cleaned up daily, did a great job on pulling off old siding, fixing issues we had and putting on new siding, finished job in a reasonable time frame, and did excellent work. We couldn't be happier! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I'd give this company zero stars if I could ! Built a brand new house in Evington. Rempfer Construction was subcontracted to do the veneer rock work. A few months after the home was completed the rock started falling off all around the house. They did patch work 4-5 times and even removed the stone off the front of our house and replaced it for it to fall off again. SunCrest Stone factory rep came up from Georgia and we determined the stone needed to come completely off the house. Suncrest agreed to send all new rock and Rempfer would remove the old and put up the new. After going round and round with Rich from Rempfer for months and him telling me the stone was on order and they'd start the job the following week they finally sent out a bogus contract for me to sign 5 months later stating they would do the work under the condition they were not responsible for and property damage and there would be no warranty going forward. That doesn't sound like something a company who's confident in their ability to do the work right would send out. ! So basically Rich from Rempfer lied to us for months about our stone being ordered and a start date. They never had any intention of making their work right or correcting any problems with what the had already done. To this day they still never mounted the spigots from the initial job !!! Almost 4 years later and threatening court our builder hired Ware Masonry to remove the old stone and install the new. After taking the old stone completely off it was apparent the problem all along was the original stone was not properly installed as we figured all along. Suncrest Stone, Leesville Builders made good on their word and fixed our new home...Rempfer Construction never had any intentions of it and tried to leave us holding the bag. While repeatedly feeding us lies about doing the job. Got every email to prove it. I would not let this company build anything ! They shouldn't be allowed to operate a business period ! I'm sure I'll be seeing you guys in court. Good luck with that. You're going to need it !
