I'm very pleased with the outcome of the job that they did for me and my family. No complaints about anything. I don't know how those other people could write those lies about this company. Dawn Jenkins, Carlos and the rest of them should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT HIRE. COMPLETE and TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT. Due to my own personal experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Celtic Home Improvement. Quick background, the reason I hired Celtic Home Improvement was to repair a leaky foundation. David, the owner, recommended that I also replaced the back porch/deck since it was aged and he needed to remove it to access the area of the leak. We agreed to a price and project. The work order David sent me went as follows: 1) remove old rotted siding. 2) remove old composite decking boards 3) investigate rim joist of the porch/deck and outside bearing wall. 4) repair rotted wood as needed. Not too exceed more than replacing rotted wood in the area of damaged area noticeable….. and so forth. There’s more which is not relevant to the issue. Are you still with me? Ok. So this is where the problem begins. Just over a month later after David completed the job, we had some heavy rain in the area. I noticed that water was still getting in through the foundation. I already had another contractor on site doing some touch up work so I asked them to investigate. They found that the outside rim joist was completely rotted and needed to be replaced – please refer back to item #3 and #4 of the work order to understand my confusion and shock to find this out. Not once did David disclose any issue with the rim joist or anything at all for that matter. I contacted David to discuss the findings. I sent him pictures and videos documenting everything. I also requested a partial refund so I could get the work done properly – I should have asked for FULL REFUND because his entire work ended up being COMPLETELY REDONE including the deck. To my surprise, David immediately became defensive and responded via text message with insults (e.g., he called me “Cheap”, “Crazy”, and accused me of blackmail). At one point he went so far as to write, “You should’ve spent more money for the real thing”…. Kind of difficult to do that when the “professional” doesn’t inform the client of a problem. In the end, I did end up spending more money for a real professional to do the real thing. Funny that it could have been more money in Dave’s pocket had he told me about the issue in the first place and not assume that I was “Cheap” and “Crazy”.

Awesome experience with David Sheehan and celtic Home Improvement

I'm 85 years old. I had a tree fall on my house today. I called my main man David Sheehan celtic home improvement in hestirics. He calmed me down and insured me that he would be able too look at it and fix it today. Too make it water tight for the night. And he'd talk to the insurance companies weekend agent on duty, tomorrow. And the proceed to put it back together. He is a life saver and a real caring human being.
