Costumer ask remove and recycle old carpet,detach baseboards, add some new flooring in two living rooms ,masterbedroom,hallway ,two another bedrooms ,put new flash mount wood vents. Also we inlay new material (red oak #1 ) with existing flooring in kitchen . Match was perfect because we order new flooring same brand with existing(it was key for perfect match).We finish the project with send ,3 coats Swedish finish.

One of my job supliers ask me to install new bamboo prefinished flooring in whole house in Bellevue .During estimate we figure out to install this product on this particular sub floor (sub floor was partly concrete ,and stone slab) we need not just to nail down ,but glue down as well. Then it gets done costumer get very happy with new look.

Costumers ask to add oak hardwood in living rooms in 3 diferent spots of house.We did match of wood species with existing hardwood and provide hardwood installation wit over 20 lin.ft of inlays . During refinishing process we use dustless refinishing system ,add stain color and put 3 coats of Swedish finish.

Costumer ask for help to restore hardwood floor after little flood from dishwashwer.We remove damage section of hardwood flooring in kitchen,get subfloor (plywood) dry ,fill open section with new hardwood flooring and refinish whole 1st floor ,put stain on and 3 coats of Swedish finish. Here is some review from these costumers: We had our 800 suare foot hardwood main flooring damaged by water leakage from the dishwasher. Sergejs of WA Hardwood Specialists removed the damaged wood, dried out the subflooring, replaced damaged wood and sanded, stained and refinished the entire main floor of the house. Made this high end home better than new. Could not have been more impressed with quality of the repair ! Totally trustworthy, pleasant and skilled. True to his bid. He was always on time and took great care in doing a dustless repair. The job also required removal and replacement of multiple doors, baseboards and a toilet. The hardwood flooring was running throughout the main floor with multiple stairs and ledges and adjacent carpeting. Not one problem. The sanding was done in dustless fashion. The old red oak flooring was also yellowed and well worn after twenty five years of pets and children. We chose to stain the wood with a red oak stain taking his advise and did the Swedish Finish. In just a few days this project transformed our dingy and severely damaged hardwood flooring to a thing of beauty and perfection. I give him my highest recommendation.

Costumer ask about old fir floring refinishing and patching some old heat vent openings with same fir floring.We used existing floring from closet to fill heat vent openings (to get perfect match,because new fir floring is always deferent from old fir wood )and fill closet with new fir flooring . After that we refinish whole floor and put 3 coats Swedish finish. Here is some review about this project: Sergey did a fantastic job on our floors! We had purchased a home recently that had the original fir floors from the 1930's but it had been under carpet for decades. We pulled up the carpet to find the floors really needed to be refinished. We also had a couple of holes to patch. Sergey was very quick to respond and come fix the holes in the floor. The next week he came in to refinish the floors and they look amazing. Where there was some bad water damage, it just looks like irregularities in the wood now. The floors are so much brighter, the finish nice and smooth, and everyone who as seen them has been very surprised. My husband was nearly speechless upon walking into the house after they were refinished.
