Replaced weather stripping for interior door. I bought weather that was too thick but he installed it anyway without saying anything to me except the closing would be hard to close for a while but push it closed. As a result the entire doorway came apart after two weeks. When I called and told him, he said "You bought the weather stripping and hung up.

We just had Bob repair two bathrooms. One to install hand rails and re caulk tub. The other shower had a bad leak in the floor and drain. He not only purchased the needed supplies to complete the job but spend the necessary time to properly repair the drain remove all water that had collected under the base and install a new tile floor.
