  | Remodel Bedroom into Nursery | Nov 2014 | This bedroom had burn holes in the carpet and needed a major paint makeover. Handypro removed the old carpet and tightened down subfloor to eliminate the "sqeek" in the floor. Next our craftsman sanded down the walls to remove any imperfections. Once the room was prepped the entire room was primed with 2 coats to cover the bright original colors. We applied 2 coats so the home owner felt it would not come through at all. After the prime coat was done the room was painted with the 2 colors chosen by the customer. Chair rail was installed to give a boarder between the two tone paint scheme. Once painting was complete the new hardwood floor was installed. Lastly fresh base board was installed and painted. | $1k | Macomb, MI |
