Ben lied about there being a emergency at my property to lure me there. I was in good standing with the company but I am too afraid this guy knows my address now. I real man wouldn’t never speak to a woman how he talks to me. Women beware.

Extremely rude and unprofessional I recorded my conversation with Ben. He left me an unsettling voicemail saying he found something on my property and it’s extremely urgent that I call him back. He called at 7:30 pm when I was having dinner. When I called back he started harassing me about not not paying my bill. He sent the bill during the weekend... obviously I do not have access to banking during the weekend. Then he starts saying that my family owes money to contractors all around town and starts making up lies. (I have not hired even ONE contractor) We told him after dinner we could make a payment online and he continued his harassment. If anyone would like to hear how he treats customers I have everything recorded. Seems like he’s desperate for money because why would you call so late on a Monday evening and why would you email the bill over the weekend where I don’t even have 2 days to send the payment. What is his problem. He has extreme aggression. It’s $50... if you can’t wait til I’m done with dinner to send a payment then you shouldn’t be in business. Also he lied about “finding something on my property” and it caused me to have a horrible panic attack which I’m still shaken up by. When I asked what was found on our property he just laughed. I have the original voicemail and the entire phone conversation recorded. Please never have this company do yard work for you. You can’t bill me on a Friday night and yell at me when it’s not paid by Monday when I’m getting home from work and cooking dinner. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
