Absolutely awful. AVOID. Took advantage of my 70+ year old parents and destroyed their yard, leaving them needing a septic inspection after they dropped a tree on it (the entire reason they were hired.) Dominique in particular lied repeatedly and followed through on nothing, promising refunds and then ghosting us. No calls no shows for resolution. She tells us worker Aaron is “getting fired” through the entire weekend-long ordeal as though that’s supposed to help the situation. They had such good reviews but something has clearly changed. Cringeworthy unprofessionalism from Dominique. So mortifying the things she said and her excuses. Unskilled labor. Classless ownership. Run.
