If you want to be the ring leader for a 3 ring circus and spend your time to find another contractor who is willing to come in behind someone else to clean up a mess look no further. Plan on spending additional thousands of dollars to fix your HVAC issues, duct work, replace brand new units. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They managed to fry out a system board on a brand new unit, couldn't get it to work even after that. Replaced it with another brand new unit, never tightened the lines for the AC units (2 of them). It took 6 weeks to get heat working in a brand new home. As soon as we went to turn on the AC in the spring nothing happened. Brought in someone else to replace freon and recharge 2 brand new units. If you want someone who is honest and has integrity keep on moving. We had a "loaner" lesser unit than we originally had. We finally called the Trane regional rep because they were claiming the parts were on backorder. They never bothered to register our first. No one should have to go in and clean up a trane wreck..no pun intended.
