Owners Tommy and Mandy Sancic started their company in 1997, as a small company of three, and grew it into one of the largest reclaimed manufacturing facilities in the nation. Our reclaimed flooring is 100% virgin timber reclaimed from wooden structures usually built well over a century ago such as barns and industrial factory buildings.
