Mr. O'Neal has a history of doing the things listed Mr. Moreno and Mr. Kegeris' posts involving scams and doesn't deserve the 2.3 stars as Deanna Johnston is not a customer but his girlfriend. Unfortunately, he gives all people in this industry a bad name, as he has very little talent or skills, musical as well.

Mr. Jackie Pryor O'Neal We had a sign contracted with this company. Give him $10,000 of our retirement money for a screened in porch for our retirement home in Gulf Shores, Al, he has not completed anything, has left our house in a mess. I would say he has completed about a $1000 with of work from Aug. 2016 until July 2017.

Pryor Construction started a remodeling job on my house July 11 th 2016. As of this date 2/11/2017 it has not been completed. The job was contracted for a total price off $11,500. The two main jobs were to remodel my screaned in porch and replace all the fascia on my house. I have paid him the total contract price. The only thing that was done was replace the fascia, but when it was done they damaged most of the drip rail on the house. They were to replace the screen and re seal the roof. They put in the new screen three times. It fell out every time. The roof was an aluminum pan roof. They destroyed it by walking all over it. We had a very hard rain that caved in about 40% of the roof. I have had to put on a new roof and screens at a cost of $7500.00. He has now disappeared and does not answer texts or phone calls. I had the Alabama Contractors Board call me only to find out he does not have a license in the state. Stay away from them! Sweet talker but they scammed me. WATCH OUT
