Dependable Kleening Service

First they were late. Secondly, one of the employees was cleaning the house in fuzzy house slippers; the last thing I need is someone getting hurt on the job on my property. Third, the things I asked to have addressed were not all done. Fourth, I had to point out obvious things for them to address (things they missed) on my walk through. Fifth, the house they cleaned was empty, awaiting my tenant to move in and was already very clean, yet it took a crew of 4 people nearly 4 hours to clean. Sixth, the actual price I was charged was $50 over the quote and I wasn't told they were cash only until at the time of payment causing me to run to the bank. Seventh, somehow a pipe in the kitchen was broken in the process. There were paint cans under the sink and I suspect they moved the cans and hit the PVC pipe causing it to leak...this could be a coincidence though. I'm just mentioning it because it wasn't leaking before they showed up. Eighth, my tenants moved in and have complained that there were crumbs in the cupboard and drawers, something this crew of four should have caught. Overall terrible experience. I will not be using them again.
