This experience has been awful. Your company was hired to do a job and the job is not complete. I paid in full up front, which I never do, and all I get are promises that they will be completing the job. Today is Thursday, I was told that someone will come at 10:00 A.M. and I haven't even gotten a call and it is not 12:41. The tenant, once again could not go out because she was waiting for them to come.
