I don't know why it has taken me so long to review Rick. He is really the best in the business of all the Contractors I've met to date. As a redeveloper, it is important for us to have great contractors that you can count on to do the job right and as quickly as possible. He does not mess around. I never had to question whether or not he was on site working. Heck, he worked on it more than we did. He is dedicated and as OCD as I am when it comes to finishes. I continue to seek out Contractors that are 'cheaper', but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for ... and you will get a quality product and a warranty when you work with Rick Kunta of R&L Construction Concepts LLC. He deconstructed an existing property on a site on Nassau Lake and reconstructed a new home on the existing footings, from the septic to the roof top. He only hires the best sub-contractors and is always on-site to ensure their work is quality, as he works along side of them. I'll give those 'other' contractors work on the lower end properties, but for the quality products I will hire R&L Construction Concepts LLC.
