Welcome! L & F Professional Painting LLC. is a Malvern, PA-based, residential/commercial, interior/exterior painting company - licensed and insured for both liability and worker's compensation. Dedicated to meeting client expectations by delivering excellent service and quality craftsmanship, we do everything from quick clean-up jobs to detail-oriented high-end projects, single rooms to whole buildings. We also offer rental repaints of offices and living spaces. We do excellent work because we know the value of good planning. After more than twenty-four years in the business, we've learned that quality craftsmanship plus good planning is the secret to success. What do we mean by "good planning?" Simple: Communication and coordination. We always listen carefully to your particular needs and desires, working with you right from the beginning to make sure we understand and can meet all agreed-upon specifications and expectations. Not all jobs require the same level of craftsmanship or planning. We need to determine where you fall on the spectrum. Once we understand your needs, we'll advise you on the best way to get the job done...and then we'll get to work putting a well-conceived and coordinated plan into action. We'll also continue to communicate with you during all phases of the project, keeping you informed of job progress overall and on a day-to-day basis. Communication is a must for getting through a project quickly and efficiently. We make every effort to stick to the plan, but the best laid plans can be affected by factors outside of our control (such as weather or waiting for other trades). We do what we can to make adjustments. When planning and craftsmanship are on track, finishing a project is not a problem. We stick with every job until it's done. After completion, we'll do a walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction. We want you to feel that we were the solution to your painting problem - never the problem. Greco III /Owner Lynn Benecke-Greco / Business Manager Frank Anthony Greco III's Bio: Frank has worked in the painting industry since he was 12 years old, learning the trade from his father, Frank Greco II. Together they ran a very successful painting company in Chicago, Illinois, called FG & Sons Decorating. Following the tragic terror attacks on September 11, 2001, Frank felt the desire to join the armed forces in order to protect his family, friends and country. During his twelve years in the United States Marine Corps, Frank served three tours in Iraq and was stationed in both North and South Carolina. Franks served in the USMC from 2003 to 2015 and was honorably discharged in January of 2015. Even while actively serving, Frank continued to paint and keep his skills fresh. Upon discharge, he once again picked up the brush and roller and began to paint professionally. Frank takes great pride in his work and treats every project as if it were his own property, with a keen eye for detail, aspiring for perfection with each project. L and F Professional Painting is a family run and operated business. Frank's wife Lynn is the business manager and runs the day to day scheduling, proposals, accounting as well as ordering inventory from various companies. Frank's stepson, Jackson, is apprenticing with the hopes of one day overseeing the company while he pursues his college career. There are four younger boys who will one day learn the trade and hopefully join the company as well. Frank also attends university full time at Immaculata University with his concentration in Child Psychology. He hopes to continue towards a dual PH.D/MBA program with the intention of helping at risk youths before they find their way to the state or federal systems. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, and MMA where he holds multiple black belts in several disciplines. He also enjoy spending time with his family, training his Cane Corso puppy, Gunner, and being amused by our hairless Sphynx cat, Moo, who happens to think he is a dog and in fact NOT a cat.
