Avante Contracting Corporation is a full service General Contractor. We offer our clients personal involvement in their project from inception to completion including design services, construction management and project coordination. Nancy and Robert Lepre are construction, financial and business management professionals each with over 25 years experience and with more than two million square feet of successfully completed projects. Working together, they continually strive to maintain Avante Contracting Corporation's long term company goal of providing our clients with the highest caliber of professional workmanship in the construction industry. We pride ourselves on maintaining rigorous control over all aspects of our work using proven systems and methods. Prior to starting a project we conduct a quantitative analysis of all scopes-of-work creating a project budget to keep cost controls in place. We utilize advanced scheduling systems to track bid dates, long-lead items, project activities and substantial completion dates. All our subcontractors submit weekly up-to-date status reports. Our field project managers and superintendents control daily operations as well as the crucial stages of the project to keep the job on schedule. Management personnel constantly monitor the performance of the subcontractors to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. Daily and / or weekly construction and coordination meetings are conducted with subcontractors. Our management teams maintain a hands-on approach through-out the entire project.
