I wish we'd never contacted Nuborn for extermination services on our 4-unit apartment building. They offered us what they said was a monthly plan for a set amount. It turns out they charged us for the monthly plan but gave us only quarterly service (i.e., once every 3 months). Unfortunately, even the quarterly service was pretty bad. The technician would just show up unannounced on whatever date and time he decided without telling us in advance, so on one occasion we had to barge in on our tenants unannounced and on another we weren't available to let him in. On that latter occasion, the technician was granted access to the building by one of the tenants but he didn't service any of the 4 apartments in the building or the basement. Despite this, the technician lied on his report, saying that he DID service the basement - even though in a separate part of the report he forgot that he stated he could not access the basement! Despite admitting that he didn't service any of the 4 units of the building and couldn't access the basement, the company charged us full price for 3 months' worth of visits - even though they acknowledge they only made one visit and their own report of that one visit shows they didn't even access, much less service, the vast majority of the building. When we called to complain about all this, they at first stonewalled, then tried shuffling us from one company representative to another in order to avoid any actual resolution. We were willing to hear their side of it and come to some understanding but they never even tried to take a good faith approach to our complaint. As for the two occasions in the past when they did actually access the living areas of the building, their service was amateurish. When looking for rodent entry points, for example, they couldn't be bothered to bend down to look for holes in low, hard to reach areas, such as under the sink in the bathroom, unless we asked them to. The whole thing was fairly slapdash and shoddy. But we had already agreed to pay for this monthly plan so even though we complained, we didn't try to cancel the service. The whole experience was very disappointing.
