I own a property management company in the Spring Lake/Sea Girt area. I manage very high end properties and have to align myself with only the best service providers and contractors. I was THRILLED with Andy Balas' work. He and his crew made my husband and me so happy with the addition they put on our house. We try to keep in touch with them because we liked them so much as people as well as workers. Andy accomplished a difficult job on budget and the addition looks like it was there all along. Our house is stucco, which makes their work even more impressive. They made it match! Also, LADIES !!! This is a man who LISTENS!
