General Contractor - Manasquan, NJ
Based out of Manasquan, Andrew Balas Construction is a remodeling specialist. They have been offering wine cellar design, stair design, and exterior remodeling as well as other services since the '90s.
I own a property management company in the Spring Lake/Sea Girt area. I manage very high end properties and have to align myself with only the best service providers and contractors. Andy Balas is one contractor that I repeatedly introduce to my clients without any hesitation or reservation. Andy is very personable, professional, reliable and ethical. He works for approx. 12 of my clients and I have had no complaints from any of them. They all express admiration for him personally and satisfaction with his work. I will continue to recommend him to my clients.
Great workmanship. Very Professional. Did exactly what was requested at a great price. Will use them again and would recommend them highly.
I give Andrew Balas Construction a 5 star review. He build my daughter from the ground up a handicap home which we are very pleased with..
I was THRILLED with Andy Balas' work. He and his crew made my husband and me so happy with the addition they put on our house. We try to keep in touch with them because we liked them so much as people as well as workers. Andy accomplished a difficult job on budget and the addition looks like it was there all along. Our house is stucco, which makes their work even more impressive. They made it match! Also, LADIES !!! This is a man who LISTENS! If you are tired of workers who don't pay attention to what YOU want, then Andy is the guy for you!
