Tony gave a reasonable quote to break the kitchen wall and build an open concept kitchen. Soon after he started, he started pressure for unscheduled advances. Soon thereafter he claimed payment for the cabinetry, and claimed it was going to be delivered. Cabinets were never ordered. The beam to support the open concept kitchen was structurally unsafe. Tony is a good talker, but I would be cautious of ever working with him.
