Bull Run Kitchen and Bath

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath (BRKB) is a first class, top notch, 5-Star firm that did a phenomenal job renovating our kitchen and half bath. My wife and I shopped around for a while but are so lucky we decided to go with BRKB. From the start, Tracy, BRKB’s sales consultant and designer walked us through some options and showed us a design that others could not even imagine. He called us to their professional showroom and let us pick out our cabinets, granite counter top, flooring, cabinet hardware, and other options. He worked with us over countless phone, emails, and face to face meetings to help us pick out what was exactly what we wanted. We signed the contract in no small part because of Tracy's caring, attention to detail, hard work and professionalism. So, kudos to Tracy at BRKB. Once the project started, we were assigned a project manager by the name of Salih (Sam). From day one of our project, Sam managed our expectations and walked us through the 4-5-week project schedule. He is one of the most caring, hardworking, dedicated, and honest professionals we have had the privilege to work in 25 plus years of getting projects done at our house. He not only listened, he provided awesome advice for us to consider from picking out a great kitchen faucet, light fixtures, kitchen hood, stone tile floor layout, and paint color. He also went above and beyond any professional we have worked with in the past to provide excellent advice and attention to the biggest to the smallest to the biggest details of our kitchen, bath, and sun room project. During the project, we also decided to get a deck installed for the sliding glass door which was being installed as part of our kitchen design. Sam worked with us and made this out of scope project happen for an excellent price. We have worked with contractors in the past where any scope change led to a major hit to the budget. We believe that Sam can either walk on water or part the red sea with his actions. He made the whole project so smooth and his hard work, professionalism, caring, and attention to detail is unmatched. If Sam was a doctor, I would refer my friends to him. If he was a mechanic, I would take all my cars to him. We were truly blessed to have such a great professional help us with our kitchen, bath, sun room, and deck project. If were to rate Sam, I would give him a 10 out of 5. 5++++ Stars to Sam and BRKB. Lastly, I would like to thank Hakan for being such a great owner and a truly caring individual who provides unmatched customer service/satisfaction and employs such a great profession staff of project managers (Sam) and designers (Tracy). Thank you very much BRKB for the great job that our friends and families can't stop praising about. We are more than 100% satisfied and would use Bull Run Kitchen and Bath for all our future home projects and would be very happy to refer them to our friends and families. Excellent project completion. Just what my wife and I had envisioned. Tracy provided a thorough job of planning and told us step by step what to expect. Rudy and his team came over and completed the job just the way we wanted it. They completely demoed the bathroom in one day and made sure that the floor and walls were shored up and treated. Then they completely rebuilt it. Very professional work.

I was a little apprehensive but after meeting with Tracy and telling him of our ideas for the kitchen, he helped us create a beautiful kitchen. He worked with me in making sure I had all the colors coordinated. He understood my vision of what I wanted and especially what I didn't want.. The man who came to do the installation-Edwin, was phenomenal. He worked so quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself each day. He made sure I was happy each day and answered all of my many questions. We were halfway through the project and we realized that we had forgotten about the lighting. Rob and Stephanie were awesome in getting us what we needed. The key to any major project is communication. Never assume anything. I was kept informed and was extremely happy with the results. I will be happy to use PWHI again.

Since 2011, I have worked with Tracy Roach, project designer, on four separate projects and have always found him to be knowledgeable and aware of the requirements in the City of Alexandria. I highly recommend Tracy for any home design project you have in mind.
