The Owner Randy Perry has been working in the construction/mill work industry for over 31 years and learning multiple facets of the mill work industry. After 16 years as a salesman for a well known mill work supplier he decided to open his own business We provide the wide range of services including: Hand Rail Installation Custom Stairs Tread Overlays Hand Rail Parts Take off and Sales Custom Mill Work Hand Rail and Stair Service/Repair Job Consultation: For a Fee we will go to your job site and walk through the job with you, help you determine what you want/need, do a take off and give you a price for parts and installation. We stock Oak 6010 hand rail, fittings, newels, and oak stair treads. We can also special order any species and profile you or your customers needs. *Service rate is $140 per hour with a 2 hour minimum *Free work estimates Our sister company Reliable Home Resource provides home repair services and year round home maintenance contracts.
