I have used this company in the past but the last time, a couple of weeks ago, was a VERY BAD experience. The employee they have now was totally irresponsible and left the doors unlocked in my mom's house, left the lights on, and lost the garage remote I left for them to gain access to the house. The owner was totally defensive when I called to report the experience and made no effort to make it right by at least offering to replace the remote.
