We have had Fischer since our home build was completed 3 years ago. The first time they did our yearly home inspection we were not told they were coming and all of our outdoor furniture was thrown out in the middle of our yard, literally on its side like it was tossed, and left there. The only reason we know it was them was the door hanger saying the inspection was complete. The second year I am not even sure anyone really came to inspect but we recieved the invoice in the mail and paid it. This last year I was actually home when they did it and the man was actually very nice and courteous, this was in May 2016. We are now refinancing our home loan and they are requesting a letter staying that the property has been inspected and free of termites/other insects. We called and spoke to the rudest women that said that it would be another inspection and another $82 "processing fee" to give us the letter. Then she proceeded to repremand us for the short notice, we are scheduled to close next week and they just notified us last night that we need this letter, we had no idea we would need it or that they could not just write the letter based on the inspection that was just done in May. She was rude and condisending and even went as far as to say "Well do you want me to schedule it or not" so yes we will schedule it and get the letter we need but we will be finding another company for our pest control needs. Fischer should train their staff that they are not the only pest control service on the market. Customer service is absolutely not a priority for them and they do not value the needs of their clients. This is the last straw for us!
