I had contracted JD Slaugh through Amazon to clean my windows, inside and out. At 6:30am, the morning of the appointed service, which was scheduled within the window from 2-5pm, I got a message that my appointment for this afternoon was canceled, because "address does not exist". I called at 7am and talked to JD Slaugh, who sounded confused and told me after he talked to his "Guys" he'd call me back. I live on a residential culdesac, easily found on Google Maps! He never called me back, even after I left messages at 8:30 and about 10am! I am not happy!!
