BEWARE! They do NOT show or call you back!! Salesman came to my house for tree removal estimate. I gave them the job on the spot because I wasn't going to haggle for a fair price. The salesman told me someone would call to schedule. After not hearing from anyone, I called them. Spoke to the secretary Bonnie. Said she would call me back... nothing. She called the next day with an excuse of doctor appointments. I was ok with that. I asked when she could schedule... she said if its too hot the guys wont be productive so she would let me know. Said she would call back. Called back and said we are good to go for Thursday. Well guess what? Took off of work, waited and NO ONE SHOWED! WHAT A TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! So now we wasted about a week and a half and because I didnt shop, and now I have no one to remove the tree still! What an utter hack shop.
