We have a whirlpool washer and dryer. Cabrio. We asked AHS to send a technician out and they sent someone that had never even seen these. Beware. This company didn't even complete the repairs and still charged us. I have reported this company to the BBB and I called my bank. What a piece of xxxx.

Awful experience. Did not fix my dishwasher, told me to hire a plumber, and was extremely rough on the phone. Do not use this company.

This company has the worst customer service and are very unprofessional. When I called the 2 days after the tech came to my home to find out why it would take 5-7 days for the part I needed to come in. The female who answered the phone didn't introduce herself or the company and had no idea what I was talking about. When she finally got her paperwork together she says it's only been a couple of days and she doesn't know when it will get here. I called back a week later no answer, left a message and they didn't call me back. I had to call the home warranty company and have them call EJ's to find out what was going on with the part. EJ's told them that the part still wasn't in. That did not work for me it's been 7 days now. So I asked for a supervisor at the home warranty company to look into it that same day. The next day I received a call from EJ's that the part was in. Isn't it interesting that after I had a supervisor at the home warranty company get involved the part that EJ's said still wasn't in yet was ready the next day.
