Hawkeye property managment is currently in charge of my developments HOA. They are absolutely terrible our developelment looks like shit and Mrs. Leggio i dont think has even stepped foot into the development except to speak with the builder. They dont hold the homeowners accountable to the rules in the development and truthfully is a waste of money to pay a lady who basically gets a light buld fixed in development periodically when homeowners have to notify her of any issues. Do youself a favor FIND ANYOTHER COMPANY to manage your HOA.
