"SERGEY" was to PROFESSIONALLY GRADE and LEVEL my backyard, and then put down sod. He NEVER Graded or Leveled, any portion. Also, he charged me $320. for extra Sod. He came to my house, at night, arguing and saying "the sod would be fine after it settled." He would not email me a new Invoice to review, before payment,, as I requested, with measurements and pallets comparing original Proposal, to Final Bill. My mother was inside the house, in a hospital bed, on Vitas, with only months to live. BEWARE of this con. Home Advisors directed him to me. I have given him several opportunities to come back and do the job I PAID HIM FOR! He is a THEIF AND A CON!
