We initially contacted CCFF to have new kitchen cabinets installed. After talking with the salesperson, we decided that we would have our kitchen cabinets painted, especially since they were in good shape. This was a big step for us because we have lived in many homes through the years with painted kitchen cabinets, mostly government housing, and they were horrible. The salesperson convinced us that painted cabinets had come a long way and that they would have a smooth and strong finish. She even brought a painted cabinet door to the meeting to show us what the painted cabinets would look like. Painting our cabinets turned out to a big mistake. The cabinet doors were removed and then taken to a shop for a beautiful finish. It was suggested that we update our cabinet crown moldings. Light rails were not discussed because we already had the light rails. The finish on the new cabinet crown moldings were installed with unprimed maple wood. The painted finish on the new crown molding is very disappointing. The finish is rough, not smooth and no sheen. They look and feel like a flat painted, rough wall. The corners, nail holes were not properly caulked and there is over-caulk dispersed throughout the molding. The light rails were never supposed to have been removed. We paid over $500 for something we already had. The salesperson was supposed to have removed it from contract and we did not catch the mistake when signing the revised contract. It just seems bizarre that Creative Cabinets would tear it out and put the same thing back on. The finish on the light rails is exactly like the cabinet crown moldings. Rough, no sheen and not smooth. After 50 years of DIY painting projects, I could tell that the new wood needed a light sanding and another coat of paint sprayed. However, it could also have been the paint or the paint process. Only the people that applied it would really know. The end result convinced me that painting the kitchen cabinets was a mistake that we have to live with for the rest of our lives. The tile work was the worst we have ever seen. CCFF said they would redo the area that was poorly installed, but that we would have to sign a waiver acknowledging that we could end up with more unsightly areas than what we currently have. They also told us that the tile installers did not want us in our home during the redo and lastly, that they would charge us for the redo. It seemed unreasonable to have a customer sign a waiver for “unsightly” work and then the company charge them an additional $885.00 on top of the $8,860.00 billed for more “unsightly” work. If Creative Cabinets cannot have tile installed in a Herringbone pattern without “unsightly” installation, they should never have recommended that it be installed. At the very least, we should have been told that it would be “unsightly”. Instead, they took our money and passed it off as “normal construction practices”. We were also told that we could not be in our home so that the tile installers were not interrupted during the redo. During the original installation, the tile installers demonstrated unsafe working habits which impacted their performance and jeopardized their safety. No one from Creative Cabinets showed up for the original tile installation leaving us to monitor, correct and provide equipment so they could adequately do their job. It would have been foolish of us or to agree to these terms. Despite all the excellent reviews, our experience with Creative Cabinets was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend them.

My husband and I are thrilled with the results of our kitchen makeover. CCFF did an amazing job of refinishing the cabinets. The process was not difficult and was completed in a very quick manner. We had an initial consultation to discuss a color palette and time frame. We were given the names of their trusted partners in order to choose a new countertop and appliances. CCFF was very helpful in explaining the order of the steps that needed to occur. Everyone was very easy to work with and the results were amazing. In addition to refinishing the cabinets, they did some great carpentry work. They removed dated shelves and built a gorgeous valance over the window. We would enthusiastically recommend CCFF to anyone who wants to update their kitchen.

I hired CC&FF to freshen up my kitchen with paint and several cabinet and island modifications. I can honestly say the product and quality exceeded my expectations. The finish on the cabinets turned out so well that they looked like brand new cabinets. Very pleased with the team that was brought in to do the work as well, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to the details. I would highly recommend CC&FF to anyone looking for kitchen/bath remodeling services.

We talked to several friends about painting our kitchen cabinets and painting the kitchen and breakfast room area. A couple of friends told us about Creative Cabinets and Jenna. They were so pleased with her work. We were also so pleased with the work quality as well as the professionalism of the crew. Everyone was so helpful. The workers never were late, everything ran as smoothly as possible. We love the new look of our kitchen. Having worked with a home builder for 12 years (a while back), I am more particular them most. I would work with this group again. I appreciate the work done in our home. Thanks Jenna!

In customers own words, here is what they had to say: "I had CCFF come out to my house about a year ago to discuss updating my kitchen, but then life got busy and I put it off. I was constantly looking at pictures on Houzz and alot of the ones that I liked in the Atlanta area, CCFF had done. I called Jenna again and she came out to give me a new quote. The project started early January and everything went exactly according to schedule. The crew was great at showing up on time and were very neat and friendly. I had all new fronts and a completely new island built and installed. I'm in love with my new kitchen!" | $12k | Alpharetta, GA
Botched Atlanta Kitchen Renovation Rescued by CCFF | Jan 2016 | Atlanta homeowners in the upscale West Midtown area were so excited to finally begin their kitchen renovation. They hired a contractor last June to install a new Island, new doors and drawers and rework the oven wall. Six months later, the kitchen was still not even close to being finished. The homeowners went months without their kitchen in hopes that the contractor would do the right thing and finish the job correctly After finally giving up on the contractor coming back to finish the job, CCFF was called in to fix the terrible job left unfinished and a complete disaster. CCFF finished the job in 7 days. • CCFF Cleanup work included the following: • New Shaker doors and drawer fronts • New drawer boxes • New cabinet hardware • All new trim and moldiness • Shaker panels | $10k | Atlanta, GA

Prestigious Home in Heathermoor Subdivision in Marietta Gets a Gorgeous Kitchen Facelift! | Jul 2015 | Originally distressed cherry, brand new doors and drawer fronts were painted to a custom white finish with gray pin striping. In addition, the homeowner had always wanted glass cabinets in the kitchen to display some of her beautiful China pieces. The cabinets on each side of the sink were a great choice for the glass doors as it is the first thing you see when you walk into the kitchen. Because the original cabinetry hardware pulls were dark like the cabinets, they were replaced with clean and simple brushed nickel finish pulls by Top Knobs. The Cabinetry hardware is the "jewelry of kitchen cabinets" and this made a huge difference in the overall look of the kitchen. | $10k | Marietta, GA |
