The work quality was good. The process was awful! Unorganized from the beginning. Paid top dollar for a commercial company but they are obviously a residential outfit

The Flooring Zone will take your money and never deliver the product. We’ve been waiting on our upstairs floor to be installed for 5 months. We were originally told by Miles that it would be installed by June 11th. That date came and went with no contact from Miles. After I reached out for an update he told me it’d be July 13th. That date has also passed. After leaving a negative review on the company’s Facebook page the other co-owner, Chris, reached out and told us that he would be taking things over from Miles. He told us we should have never been allowed to sign a contract without all the wood available to install. Chris has stopped returning our calls and even after sending a certified letter has not contacted us. There is no accountability from anyone in the company. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. People deserve to be warned about The Flooring Zone’s bad business practices.

I could not be more pleased with my Showers and Bathroom Floors!! The tile is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The Installer was very professional and the attention to detail was impeccable. In the master bath, we opted for a walk-in shower with knee wall, accessory niche, bench, and dual shower heads. They were also able to do a floor design which really added to the look. Although we hadn’t originally planned to do the shower in the guest bath, we decided to after the floors were put in because it looked so great. The custom glass looks beautiful as well. In the third bathroom, per the installer’s recommendation, we added tub and wall accents along with the floors. I would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future!

As we looked to purchase a home in May 2015, we instantly wanted to make upgrades to the entire flooring in the home; 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, front entry, 1/2 bath, upstairs hallway and 16 steps...after some research, we decided on The Flooring Zone. They worked with us as the purchase of the new home took place and our new desire to also paint the entire inside of the house, The Flooring Zone worked with us as we had two installations; pergola wood floors on the main level and carpet on the 2nd level and steps. Once The Flooring Zone and their installers got to work, it only took 3 days to complete the entire installation....needless to say, they house was empty of any furniture, so the tear out and clean up of the original carpet was fast and efficient. Once we moved into our new home, we also began a 2nd project, adding on a 400 sq ft Sunroom to the back of the house. It was a no brainer to call back to The Flooring Zone and have them install our new Tanzanite Floor...which is now featured on The Flooring Zone's web page "Marietta Tile Install"....now 6 months into our new home, we have posted many pictures and our family and friend are all impressed with the look and quality of our floors.....Thank you Flooring Zone for having a great selection of products to choose from, discussing all of our options with us and also for telling us what would work best for our situation and floor style, when we might have been looking at something less effective, while also trying to save a buck....in the end our discussions and final decisions have been absolutely the BEST!
