Bathroom: A 3 x 5 shower unit with framed sliding door. The shower unit will be built upon platform to allow for drain into the pump system. The pump system comes as part of the toilet. This grinder pump system will be located in the closet area behind the bathroom. This unit will be encased with plywood to protect from damage and to help insulate noise. One light fixture and fan unit to be installed. One toilet and one pedestal sink. Tile floor and baseboard is included in bathroom.

Replace the front reception area counter tops with newly fabricated materials 23 x 214-1/2 with two offsets. One offset at the end and one midway. Install new laminate on existing counter tops in the mailroom and at windows. This will be done by applying new laminate over existing. We will extend the existing walk up window counter to be wide enough for the clip boards as discussed at our meeting approximately 6 with proper support brackets to handle the loads. A 5 year delamination warranty is included. If any delamination occurs we will refasten or replace laminate. Install new counter top in the break room to include removal and reinstallation of the sink.

1. Replace light above Kitchen sink with owner supplied fixture. 2. Caulk around water bib at rear of house. 3. Adjust fence gate to operate better. 4. Replace dryer vent with owner supplied new vent. 5. Re-grout brick in front walkway. 6. Cut out, replace and repaint drywall at fireplace ceiling. Determine cause of leak and make repairs to above bathroom. 7. Prime and repaint ceiling at bay window. Seal at roof line attachment to house. 8. Sand, refinish, and paint main bathroom. 9. Change light fixture in office with owner supplied fixture. 10. Assist in reorganizing the garage. 4 hours allotted with me and helper. 11. Remove towel bars in bathroom. 12. Install new owner supplied light fixture in bathroom. 13. Hang outside nail and hook thing.
