On October 6, 2020 I got an estimate from Mr. Handyman the owner of the business. David Thompson took the job on October 12, he ended up taking my window frame apart drilling holes into my drywall, damaging my walls, window frame and my blind after doing so he called me the next day and told me he could not complete the job. He referred me to go to Home Depot to talk to a lady at window department named Renee and let them take over and do the job. Next day I went to Home Depot and I spoke to Renee to schedule appointment. I had Home Depot come and give me an estimate once of their arrival and them giving me estimate for my window repair they have assured me they are not responsible of the previous damages from Mr. Handyman. I had automatically contacted Mr. Handyman on October 14, 2020. On October 19, 2020 Mr. David Thompson arrived at my residence and tried to repair the damages he caused he has made a comment that “all you need is tape and glue” and he honestly meant it because by the time he left my window frame did not look nothing the way it looked before he took it apart. He did not use the right equipment he tried to repair the cheapest possible way. On November 6 I requested to have someone else come to do repairs at my residence. On November 10 I had another Mr. Handyman arrive at my residence named John Fagan the man was really rude and told me he could not do the repairs. On November 11, 2020 I had another Mr. Handyman arrive at my residence his name is Travis Skellen he did not repair the damages properly, the paint to the window frame did not match and the drywall was not properly repaired it’s like the owner David Thompson was trying to cut corners and have it done the cheapest way as possible. David Thompson has argued with me about buying proper paint and replacing parts to my window blind that he has damaged and just all together the repairs of the damages he caused for no reason. On November 16, 2020 David Thompson offered to pay me $150 for the window repair by another company. I have responded to him my email telling him that I will have to get an estimate from a company before I agree on that offer, since he has caused other damages trying to put my window frame back together. He has additionally caused walls by my window being damaged with the paste he smeared all over and the wood frame. I have been in contact with David M. Powers he is the financial business coach for Mr. Handyman and I have called the corporation to resolve my issue. The issue has not been resolved I have been patiently waiting. All I want is for them to pay for the damages that they caused. I do not want this company in my residence obviously nobody at that office knows how to repair anything properly besides cause additional damages.
