Penny Lawns

We asked David with Penny Lawns to redesign our yard. After spending an hour with us, he suggested a few ideas that we wanted to look at before making a decision. A few days later, David emailed us the new design and we loved the plan right off the bat and accepted it. His crews took almost three weeks to complete the job but we are very happy with the overall project, the new plants, just the whole look of it. Working with David and his team was pleasant and informative. The whole job was fun to watch and seemed to go smoothly. A few rose bushes didn’t survive, but David came out and inspected them and sent a team out to replace them without a hassle. We are very happy with Penny Lawns and would recommend them.

My shrubs were a little out of hand but David was very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. He was able to come out the same day and sent me a quote by email. I was very impressed but the price was higher than some of the other quotes but was well worth it. He scheduled our service a week later and when I came home from work after they had finished everything looked BETTER THAN EVER. I would use them again.

Initial walk through with David and his arborist went fine but the initial estimate was $1000 more than I wanted to spend. I modified the estimate to only include the items I needed to comply with HOA requirements and sent it back to David. He okayed it and promised me a team would be out Sunday morning at 10 to start with another team coming at noon. Neither team showed up. My texts to David via this site went unanswered. I will open the project back up to other companies.
