In all honesty, not all customers can or will appreciate us. Only the educated customers. I grew up in the 70’s & 80’s listening to Sy Syms say just that during their tv advertisements: “The Educated Consumer, is Our best Customer”. Now, 3-4 decades later I can completely understand and agree with that statement. Only customers that have researched the cost of their particular project can truly appreciate what it is that we’re offering here at HEC Home Improvements and Plumbing. From their first contact with our Customer Service Staff, to our Dispatching Staff and then eventually Our Service Technicians that show up at their door, Everyone is Professional, Courteous, Well Spoken, Educated and Highly Skilled. Also, as an added bonus, our prices are always intentionally marked slightly below market value. “Why is that?” you may ask, “Because Above Average Service at a Slightly Below Average Price” has been what’s kept us busy since 1990.
