This is the first time when I am writing a bad review on the Internet, but I must do it in order to protect other customers. Please make sure that you ask about his rates in advance and the estimated time for labor. This guy charges 150$/ hour. At the end of the job, I was charged 400$ for literally 15 minutes of work to hook up a fridge to the water supply. He had to supposedly go to two stores to buy the most basic part that any plumber must have in his toolbox for this kind of job. I was literally charged 200$ for his trip to Home Depot to buy a part that costs 20$. A huge fight followed at the end of the job. He does not deserve even one star for his service. Stay away!!!

I got charged $197 for a 5 minutes of work that required no parts. It's my fault for not asking a price before the job, I feel Steve took advantage of me because he didn't know me. I sent a message to Steve and he got real defensive and told me to use someone else in the future. I'm not impressed with his professionalism, and if he would respond in that tone to me, he would have no issue over charging. I received a quote from a licensed plumber for the same exact job, including service call, and the total would be $50. I'm going to mail this to Steve. I'm a professional myself, but surgeons don't charge this price. I just wanted everyone to know my experience to make you aware to ask for pricing before letting someone come to your house. If I was a bad person, I wouldn't pay but I did.
