Bathroom Renovation: We relocated the linen closet to where old shower used to be. Eliminated bathtub and built a very spacious shower in its place. By relocating the linen closet we created more space for the double vanity making it more convenient. We created plans and 3D renderings for client to visualize the proposal. We also found the right materials necessary for the project based on client's requests and budget.

Client wanted to keep old cabinets, so we refinished them. The center island was transformed to make more sitting space. Floors were completely transformed, from old layers of vinyl tile to beautiful hardwoods that matched the rest of the house. We installed a French door as barn door for basement access. We used granite counter tops and wood cut-boards custom cut to fit existing cabinets.

Complete home renovation. Opened up the kitchen area to dining creating a less restrictive space. Also created an aditional bedroom where there was an undefined space that shared the laundry room. Adding a bedroom increases property value. Garage walls and ceiling was finished since all studs were showing. Downstairs bathroom had a tub - we created a shower instead, and a new bathtub, floors and vanities to upstairs bath Original main area flooring had four different materials, from carpet to tile to engineered and laminate. We removed it all to install a uniformed flooring through out main area, new carpet to bedrooms and new tile to bathrooms. We also repaired siding and exterior trim and painted the whole interior and exterior surfaces. We wished we had a little extra in our budget to repalce the roof and other items inside, but the change from before is dramatic.

Complete remodel! Expanded family into living by removing dividing wall and created a common space between kitchen, family dining and living. Open floor plan! We also expanded the acual kitchen space incorporating the unsused and small breakfast area into the kitchen area and the ceneter peninsula now serves as breakfast and great entertainment space. The fireplace also got a overhaul - we removed the huge boulders forming the fireplace wall and the huge harth that made this fireplace look like a cabin in the woods (nothing wrong with cabins by the way), but the boulders and the previous dark wood paneling killed the light in the whole area. Now this house is bright and welcoming with no boxed up spaces. Sorry, our "before" pictures got accidentally deleted...
