We handle handyman or "honey-do" lists of repairs & small improvements around the house either by the hour on by line-by-line pricing...from drywall repairs to electrical & plumbing issues...roof leaks...gutter cleaning....lock or hardware changes....hanging pictures or light fixtures. One call DOES do mostly all. We specialize in exterior trim, siding and frame repairs.....and can save you a ton of money versus replacement OR having to go back and repair someone else's work a few years later!

HandyAndy was great to work with. He is knowledgable and professional. He does excellent work. Andy completed all the necessary repairs from our home inspection in a timely manner then sent an easy to read summary directly to our real estate agent. We have moved into our new house and have already reached out to Andy to have him complete some things for us. We look forward to continuing to work with him!

  | Thomas - T-111 Rotted Sheet Siding & Trim Repairs & Hand Painting to Pass Inspection for Sale | May 2016 | Referred to client by Porch user who was trying to buy the home after issues were found during the inspection. Home has never been caulked or painting properly and the siding had rotted at the joints where the top part of the lower sheet met the bottom edge of the upper sheet. Multiple contractors had told her it would be $15k to $20k to reside and paint the house, which killed her sale. We completed all of her siding & trim work for 1/5 of those prices. We opted to hand paint the siding with Sherwin Williams Duration elastromeric paint. This is a thicker than normal paint and it covered up a lot of the aging in the siding. It was next to impossible to access the deck and demo out the old doors plus get the new unit up there.....no deck stair acces at all.
