Tony Ganooni was the builder of my friends home who is a well know surgeon in the community and in less than one year his house was falling apart. Mr. Ganooni refused to fix the problems. After then having a code inspection, he discovered there were more than 40 code violations. The brick and stone has no support and will have to be taken down and redone correctly. It will cost thousands of dollars to correct the issues in this home. The houses are appealing but not quality. I would not buy from this so called engineer who is building and has no idea what he is doing.

Purpose of hiring Engineering Solutions was to get a secure feeling about my foundation since I am considering renovations. Tony Ganooni and I crawled in the crawl space and he pointed out problems with water infiltration and mold and some minor structural problems. This happened after days of rain and was a great time to observe water problems. He wrote a 4 page report with excellent photographs and verbal descriptions of the problem areas and how my crawlspace and even exterior deviated from the optimum design that would have prevented these problems from occurring, and made some suggestions about how the problems could be corrected. He was prompt and it was a delight to do business with him.
