  | Encino Master Bedroom/Master Bath Suite renovation | Nov 2014 | Client waited 20 years to remodel; the existing rooms had dated (colored) fixtures and an awkward floorplan. A complete redesign included floorplans, fixtures, material selections and installation was completed on time and on budget within SIX WEEKS, from the initial gutting of the space to the completed installation. This included moving the doorway to the bathroom, which created a sitting room in the MBR and moved the bed in front of the fireplace. We removed & replaced all fixtures, paint, wallpaper, tilework, carpeting and lighting. A soffit was created over the bed to allow for recessed lighting, controlled from either side of the bed. Bonus features of built in shelving & storage and refinishing owner's nightstands were provided at no charge to the client. | $53k | Encino, CA |
