About St. Louis Restoration
St. Louis Restoration is company founded in 2015 by Drew Bradley and Christopher Davis. We started helping residents in the Metro-East area in 2012 and we have had such great experiences that we decided to officially start assisting homeowners full-time. We have found that people have too much to do and too little time. We will gladly come assess any project that you need completed, and if we can't help you, we will do our best to find someone that can. We are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. We understand that each customer has a unique schedules, needs, and budgets, and we will do everything we can to accommodate any requests you may have. We can't promise that we have the most experience in the area, but we can promise that we will treat your home, family, and project the same way that we would treat our own.   | Floor Removal & Installation/Interior Painting/Landscaping | Nov 2015 | We began the project at the beginning of December. The customer contacted us because they were in need of several services, and we had previously provided a pressure-washing service for their home exterior, the year prior. The customer asked us to remove all of the carpeting in the house, repaint all of the rooms, and then install a new laminate floor that they had purchased through a 3rd party. The house was about 1100 Square Feet, and it was a single-story residence. The customer was very pleased with the quality of our work and subsequently requested that we renovate the trim around the house, remove a number of trees and bushes, and we concluded the project by resurfacing their driveway. | $8k | Highland, IL |
  | Deck Refinishing | Jul 2015 | We started this project at the end of the summer and this customer was someone we had performed services before previously, that thought highly of our work quality and so they asked us clean and stain their 10 year old deck. They had used a different company a year prior and were told that they shouldn't need to do any maintenance for at least 15 years. Since the whole deck, was peeling and fading, we stripped the old finish, pressure washed the whole deck, and then thoroughly sanded the majority of it, prior to applying a coat of Tinted Cabot stain. The color we used was Mahogany Flame, as the homeowners very much wanted the wood to have a natural look. The project took about 5 days to complete. | $1k | Marine, IL |
