The 30 square roof had new boots, vents, and high definition 30 year Timberline Shingles installed. Customer was happy to receive a new quality roof with a warranty and only had to come up with a small amount of money for the deductible while her home owners insurance policy paid for the rest.

This job was not your typical shingle job. The front porch had major plywood damage due to faulty flashing. The siding on the front porch had to be removed so the older flashing could be removed and the new flashing installed. The roofs were shingled with Timberline Architectural Lifetime Shingles. New vents and boots were installed as well. The work was done in the month of November. The weather held out and customer now had both the upper metal roof and the lower shingled roofs completed with 10 year warranties on both material and labor.

Town of Central City has a large percentage of metal roofs this was a natural fit. Customer also wanted new gutters, a brand new stack, and sno- catchers for the front and back doors. The tan color that customer picked out from Affordable Metal in Kalona, IA looked sharp with his siding. The metal was installed right over the existing shingles.

The 40 square roof received Timberline Lifetime Architect Ural Shingles. This particular house had more peaks and valleys then the average roof. Ridge vent and caps were installed and the roof was completed.
