My experience with Gold Standard Bathrooms was a good one! After listening to what I would like, Ken had offered wonderful ideas from choosing the right vanity to helping choose the correct flooring. Darren was always there when he said he would be, very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. Ken and everyone who helped THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!! I love my bathroom!

I just want to share with others my experience today... We had a confirmed appointment with Ken from Gold Standard for an in-home estimate. When he didn't show a half hour after his expected arrival, I called to ask his wherabouts. The rep told me he was "on another job and would reschedule me." (This I was told, on a day I had taken off work for this!?) When hours later, I still never got a status update nor a reschedule, I called again. The rep told me "she would reach out to him and he would call me back shortly." To which, I waited around for several more hours, and NEVER got a phone call back from him nor the company. I say this not to complain, but rather to inform other people who are considering hiring them for work -- DON'T. They are not reliable. I had 8 scheduled appointments today for contractor estimates. 7 of them all showed up, on time. There are MANY, and I assure you, MANY other more reliable companies out there. I hope that anyone considering having work done doesn't waste their time with them, as they have carelessly wasted mine.

Me and my husband have been looking into getting out outdated master bathroom redone for quite some time. After receiving quotes from 5 different contractors, we decided to go with Gold Standard Bathrooms for numerous reasons. We felt so comfortable with the owner Kenny who went over every little detail with us and didn't make us feel like "idiots". He helped us through the whole process from designing where we were going to put the huge walk in shower we were thinking about to the final installation of all the plumbing items. Kenny and his team of carpenters, electricians, and plumbers could not have been any nicer to us through this whole process. Needless to say, WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM! We would recommend this company to anyone who many want to redo there bathrooms or even kitchens in the future. Thanks again Gold Standard!
