We booked a deck painting job with them last July. Initially the job was booked through the Jiffy app. Major came out and gave an estimate. She then asked us if we wanted to go through her directly... that should have been a red flag. We didn't agree to this, but she canceled the job through Jiffy anyways. The job was fine, a mistake was made she returned to fix it. The fix wasn't great but oh well, the rest of the deck looked okay. This spring, the deck looks awful, paint chipping everywhere. A deck paint job should last longer than 8 months... Especially when you pay $2200. Multiple attempts have been made to Jiffy and to the company to get a response. Still waiting to hear back. I would avoid this company at all costs.
