Very positive experience, easy going, friendly, true craftsman! Exceeded our expectations and the project turned out much better then expected! Fine attention to detail and took special care of our home while here. What stood out the most to us was how clean the job site was, at all times! Not only when working, but each and every day before leaving Chris did a fantastic clean up of his mess! Sometimes we only knew he was here by seeing the progress from the day. VERY impressive! Highly recommend Schroeder and Sons if your looking for quality work, an honest contractor who stays in budget, and someone who treats your project/home like his own!
