Located in Mary Esther and founded in the '80s, Tri-State Industries is a decking business that offers dock building, pergola construction, custom deck design and other services. In November of 2008, Tri-State Industries did a remodeling project using a permit obtained from the city of Crestview; they finished a new construction project in June of 2005 using a permit obtained from the same office.
