Got a ceiling fan installed where he had to run a wire from the attic to the outlet. Brian went over all possible options in great detail.

It is too soon to tell how well our agreement is going to work out. While I am having difficulty connecting to his network, he has been in contact with my renters and inspecting the properties. He has found several issues surrounding my previous property management company and for that I am grateful.

I had been searching for a reputable property management company to manage two properties in the St. Louis area. Not an easy task while living overseas. I found Brian Woods at WF Partners and discussed our needs. We have two properties with some complicating issues. Brian responded in superb manner and went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. I have yet to meet him in person, but he has already established a pattern of performance that we can trust. He is attentive, communicates effectively, and makes sound recommendations to serve our interests as property owners. We own property in three other States and Brian ranks at the top of our property managers.
