I was in a tight situation--ready to close on a house--and my gas log fireplace was non-functional. I had been through several people who could NOT fix the problem. One group came in a simply took my instructional manual and a key part with the promise of "getting back to me." After waiting nearly a month to get everything functional again, the young man from Flame Pro came in and fixed my problem in less than twenty minutes. I highly recommend them.
